You're going to have to post actual config data if we're going to be able to help. Sample data could include IMail version, IP addresses (or relevant edited addresses, if possible), IP-ful and IP-less host and host alias setup, SMTP OHN and relay settings, DNS intended and actual setup, database type, Registry export with Users redacted, etc. "I have added a second mail server" could mean too many things for it to be worth guessing.
