Hey all, first time that im posting to this forum im wondering if anyone can
help me resolve some issues that we are having with our IMAIL server
(Version 7.1).

Problem: Users are sending large attachments (over 5mb) to large numbers of
people. The problem is that these attachments are deemed "business critical"
so we need to pass them.

Is there a way on the IMAIL server to kinda "quarantine" a large
attachment...send a notification to the user that it has been done. Then at
a later date have the administrators send the file, individually? I know
that this does not solve the problem completely but it would be nice to
have.

Also we are running into a problem now that SO many people got this huge
attachment that they (the users) are having problems pulling it down from
POP because of a slow connection. Is there a way in IMAIL (scripted or
other) to LOOP threw all the mail files looking for files that are say 5mb,
and delete them?

Thanks in advance for the help...if anyone else can share some case examples
if they had this issue or similar it would be much appreciated.
