The only exchange servers we still have in our cube are used for ETRAN store and forward of emails to exchange servers at customer sites. None of these dial up any more (though some did originally). Our customers like having us store and forward in case their dsl goes down or whatever.
What we'd like to do is bag the exchange server and use iMail for store and forward instead. Has anyone done this? What is involved? Do we need to echo their mailbox structure on iMail, or is there a way to just let their server authenticate the messages based on the mailbox incoming. Any tips on doing this would be appreciated (or knowledgebase references). Lee Drake Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
