Lee, This sounds like the same issue as I had... It was open subscribe list but closed posting list... I'm still using 6.05 so the change in 7.10 should not have affected me... I'm as sure as I can be that it is closed, I sent tests from other accounts that don't have poster access and they were rejected as they should have been...
