John, You certainly picked appropriate FAQs -- apart from antivirus questions but this is understandable now that Ipswitch offers IMail AV. Let's see what other Forum members can add (or subtract) to the FAQs. My only concern would be that it would make for lengty trailers for every posting (and replies, and replies to replies...). Perhaps a hyperlink trailer to a FAQ section on Ipswitch's Web site would be better.
