Hi,

We just moved to IMail 7.12 a week ago. We are running Win2K, SP3, dual
processor box.

There seems to be a problem with our IMAP accounts. For example, we use
a Support box and notice that the clients running Outlook XP/2002,
Entourage Mac, Outlook Express are experiencing the same problems as we
have tested on both platforms, mail clients.

The problems are that the box is not live synching - if one person reads
the message, it is still bold in another persons client. Even when I
read new messages, it still shows my inbox as if new messages were
unread. Also, if one person deletes or flags the message, it won't show
up immediately for the other clients. We have found that switching to
working offline, then back online updates the box properly. Also, the
box does seem to update itself after about 5-10 minutes on its own - far
too long to be useful. We are all connected over WAN - not on a LAN.

We checked the CPU usage, no problem. We also run Declude JunkMail and
Virus. Important: we *did not* have this problem using our old mail
server. It worked perfectly until we switched to Imail. Has anyone
else experienced these type issues and have any suggestions on how to
fix. It is really making our Support job very difficult and I need it
fixed.

Please .cc me as I am on digest.

Thanks in advance,
George
