If  there's  no  VPN software at any point between the mail client and
the  complainant,  then  you've  got  a very strange (i.e. impossible)
situation.  Your  machine,  her  machine,  your firewall, her personal
firewall: one of these places is trying IPSec.

And  you're  sure she doesn't have some SMTP proxy software running on
the  machine,  and  a  VPN shim causing it to attempt a point-to-point
IPSec connection?

Wha?

Try to dig up some logs that show the IMail server attempting an IPSec
connection to the remote server.
