Can anyone help me changing the settings of "12 minutes of inactivity" timeout?
In KB I can see: "Answer/Solution: Web Messaging will drop the connection after twelve minutes of inactivity. This is not configurable. To have a full-time connection, use any e-mail client (Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger, etc.)." But I really need to put this to something like 30 minutes or so.
