I use ServersAlive from Woodstone.  It monitors a whole lot of things,
including disk space.

The demo/free version lets you set up 10 checks and isn't otherwise limited.
The paid version is $90 and lets you monitor 1,000 items.  A service
contract is $69, but the developer is very responsive to all on the mailing
list so I'd say skip that unless you're really demanding.

It's just a little quirky, but it works really well.
