This is just the "Q" file, with some routing details about the 
E-mail.  What do the "D" files look like?  Those -- and your log file -- 
will provide useful information.

Most likely, it is from a user of yours, or you have set up a trusted IP 
range that is too large.  Or, someone found out the password of one of your 
accounts.  In any case, the log file will tell you for certain.
