I really hope Scott can help tune your machine up acceptable performance. The "low hanging fruit" is: more RAM (check your RAM usage now) a second disk (imail queue on one disk, mailboxes on the other) clean out stale files from the imail/spool/ directotyr, and as much as possible from that entire partition. defrag, defrag, defrag the spool/ parition and the mailbox partition. If none of those get you back to a comfort zone, offloading internet reception/delivery/DNS queries and spam filtering to a separate IMGate box will, very probably, make your machine quite bit a faster than it was before you added the Declude stuff. Sounds like you machine was already heavily loaded before you added the Declude stuff.
