In reality, I would bet you have the "Refuse Null Senders" checked in the SMTP Security settings. This is not good. It breaks the RFC compliance of the mail server and is blocking any Postmaster messages from coming in. Uncheck it. Click Apply. Stop/restart the SMTP service
