172.20.x.x DNS server shouldn't cause a problem, assuming that it does 
work, and is reachable from the IMail server.

That's OK -- the "syslog" log file format is a bit different from the 
standard (sys*.txt) logging.

However, all of these are for incoming mail.  Do you have some "SMTP" lines 
for outgoing mail?

I thought the problem was sending outgoing mail (that it would bounce)?  Or 
are there two problems?

The log file entries above show E-mail being delivered to the 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] accounts.  Did those 
accounts not receive the E-mail?
