Mike I have the Outlook 98 installation files but it's about 97MB zipped. If you want it you can have it but I'm not sure how you want to get it. Let me know.
As far email clients are concerned, Netscape 4.77 supports Imail's LDAP well and also POP3 mail access. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Mike Garrett Sent: 12 September 2002 15:30 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: [IMail Forum] First time owner of Imail looking for client advice Here's my problem, I just recently purchased IMAIL. The intent was to use the POP3 and SMTP services and not the the IMAP and Web messaging services. We use Outlook 97 as our mail client. Through reading the list server archives I realized that we can't make use of the LDAP service with Outlook 97. Which is going to make maintaining some sort of global address book a pain. I haven't been able to locate a copy of Outlook 98. We have reservations about putting Outlook Express out there. I'm looking for advice on other mail clients that you folks might be using that can take advantage of the LDAP service, so that a global address book is more manageable. Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
