Before I started using Declude Junkmail (which I HIGHLY Recommend) I used
these simple rules to eliminate the more hazardous attachments:

B~(name=".*\.vbs"|name=".*\.shs"|name=".*\.scr"|name=".*\.bat"|name=".*\.pif
"):NUL
B~(begin 6.*\.vbs|begin 6.*\.shs|begin 6.*\.scr|begin 6.*\.bat|begin
6.*\.pif):NUL

I doubt that was a great help to you, but I wanted to chip in to the
project...
