I have post this question before but seems not to be getting replies . . :( Perhaps I need to re-phrase my query : Let's assume I have 2 domains in my IMail server, domain1 and domain2. I have placed a "rules.ima" file in user (user@domain1) folder to filter "disallowed" attachment by extension. The "rules.ima" is filtering mails from external senders (eg. mic@domain3) that contains "disallowed" attachments. However, when user@domain2 sends the same "disallowed" attachment to user@domain1, the message wans't filtered, it just went straight to user@domain1's inbox. Any good folk with any ideas what went srong ?
