You need to have your users to go into Outlook Express (or) Outlook And in there account, go into the Server Tab Check = "My Server requires authentication" Then click the [Settings] Button, Check [Log on using] Have them type in Username & password Click [ok] then [apply] then [ok] and then have then send the mail This is what I had to do with mine the other day.
