There are actually only 2 options, "Relay for Addresses" and "No Mail
Relay". "Relay for Addresses" means that people can either come from a
"safe" IP that you list, or they can use SMTP AUTH. "No Mail Relay" means
that users must come from a safe IP that you list. Logically, the two
options can not be used together.
All the other relay options are bogus; they will give spammers free access
to your mailserver.
