Yes, most mail clients actually do that unless you specifically tell them
not to.
If you are using the IMail Administrator or IMail1.exe, you can't however.

That all depends how you are sending it. If you are talking about sending
out the newsletter with a mailing list, you should be able to just send it
as you would send an E-mail to someone else. If you are talking about
using IMail1.exe, you won't be able to use HTML.
