Can someone please tell me why dnsreport is failing 2 of my secondary
nameservers but the Men and Mice Dig It site isn't?
The DNS report and dig are very different tools. "dig" is used to get DNS data, but doesn't analyze it (the Men and Mice "DNS Expert" program does that). You will always get very different results from the DNS report and dig.

Do I need to be concerned about this?
Yes. The failure is that your DNS servers aren't responding.

In a situation like this, which site is authoritative and why are they giving me two different answers?
You have 5 DNS servers listed at root, one on your own domain, two at ithink.com, and two at secondary.com. The ones at secondary.com aren't always responding. They did seem to respond the first time I connected, but not after that, so they may just be flaky. Unless you know why they are acting the way they are, you should drop those 2 NS records.

The DNS report goes through the standard DNS chain (starting at the root servers), and doesn't cache any information, so it will always have the freshest data possible.
