That doesn't mean we couldn't figure it out, though, does it? :)

If  a  user  says  mail can't be sent, but the logs show it being sent
successfully:  no  issue.  If  a user says mail can't be sent, but the
logs do not show a connection at all: not IMail's issue.

When  I  refer  to  the logs "indicating" this issue, I mean they must
"reflect"  or  "establish"  that  there  is  an  issue,  not  solve it
out-of-the-box.
