sure, but you might delete legitimat email.

Just like a regular file. You might have to stop the smtp service for active file.

Being an email admin without understanding DNS will be quite frustrating. Buy the O'reilly BIND book.

New Imail setup, the installer didn’t restrict the relay and you can guess what happened.  There are a lot of message in the que and I’d like to stop them from going out.  Can I just delete the messages in the queue or spool directory?  If not, how do I do this.  This is probably in the manual someplace but have pity on the newbie, I’ve been trying to figure out why everyone else can use my imail except for me.  J  Yes, I’m learning DNS at the same time.
