Hi, It might be the Norton 2003 problem. I have had a user that kept sending mail and it kept disapearing. Outlook Express would set up a mail session, I could see it in the IMail log. However at the point when the data is supposed to be sent nothing happens. There seems to have been a bug in Norton, wheter is was just antivirus or the whole internet security I don't know, which could cause something like this.
