Hi all.
I am banging my head against a wall trying to do a simple task.
I am trying to create an inbound rule on one of the mailboxes that would
forward some messages to a program alias.
For example, I have a mailbox [EMAIL PROTECTED] A rule is supposed to forward
all messages whose From contains "postmaster" to a program alias called
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
(the alias is mapped to a batch file that is supposed to simply make a copy
of the message file)
For some reason this is not working. When a matching message arrives, it
gets forwarded, but then I see it stuck in the queue. And it wants to go to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- why is it
doing this?
Now if I send a test message directly to the alias, the batch file works.
Does the problem lie in forwarding? or in how rules forward messages?
