Sounds  like a job for MIMEMan--meaning Scott. There are lots of crazy
encoding  methods,  many  of  them  non-RFC, that IMail rules will not
catch  but  which  Outlook  will  parse.  This  is  why  only  a  real
MIME-decoding anti-virus system can be trusted.

If you post some of the message from your copybox, someone will likely
see what tomfoolery is being (successfully) attempted. You should also
give us a look at the RULES.IMA.
