I'm seeing a lot of AOL problems being reported on this list this past week.

I don't think the following has anything to do with anything, but there are
lots smarter people than I who read this list, so I put it out there just in
case.

Anyway, last weekend (or late last week) AOL made some sort of change to
their proxy servers, which broke compression for IIS websites (it may have
affected other web servers, I don't know).  It manifested itself with
dynamic sites that utilize cookies (at least that's where we saw it).  

Again, I don't see how proxy servers would affect mail, but what do I know.
