Hello List,

One of my clients wants to improve their list server.

However, the current list has some limitations:
- infinite loops on emails. The list responds to out-of-office messages
creating a vicious cycle.
- users have to remember to put the code in to bypass moderator
- list serve can't find approval code on some types of messages: rich
text, html or lotus notes forms
- does not have an archive
- Cannot handle attachments - turns the file into text.

Effectively, they want a list server that
1) does not require moderation
2) does not allow automatic sign-up
3) does not allow "out-of-office" messages to get posted to the list, or
at least will stop two "out-of-office" messages from endlessly bouncing
back and forth.
4) can handle any type of email: rich text, plain text, html, lotus
notes
5) can handle attachments (with a size limit)
6) built in archive system

They only have about 150 users on the system (very private), so if any
of you have a recommendation I would certainly appreciate it. I'm not
fully aware of all of the functionality of the IMail ListServe, but I'm
pretty certain it doesn't have an archive system.

Thanks,

-Jerod
