Yep, M$ sure puts a nice price on the unlimited Exchange license.

There  are  many  reasons  to switch. Price usually predominates: yes,
companies  still  grow, and when they do, they notice that Exchange is
outrunning    its    original    budget   for   licensing,   hardware,
administration,  and  add-ons  (anti-spam  and anti-virus on IMail are
very  inexpensive, reason enough for many to add an IMail server to an
existing environment).

In  addition,  this  is  a  vendor-supported  list.  If  you have only
uncredited  acrimony  to add (I doubt you're really the spammer Mendel
Birnbaum),  there's no need to participate on a thread that takes as a
given that a migration has already occurred.
