You could just search for their names in text files. The name of each list member is included in users.txt, a plain-text file. A copy of this file exists for each list, stored in directories under the Lists directory.

We use the mailing lists for internal use and someone may be on three or
more mailing lists. When a person changes departments or leaves the company
its a pain in the arse to get them off the lists.
