We just moved Imail Server 6.05 data to a new machine (also 6.05). Since the move, everything is working fine except that web messaging is showing an "Error in tag execution" message when some users try to enter their mailbox.
I found a knowledgebase article (http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20010123-DM03.htm) referencing this error, but it didn't help. We tried redownloading and installing several templates (appropriate for 6.05), and the error occurred with all of them. Is there anything else we can try to fix this problem?
