because it is being program generated, i am super-inclined to think that the problem is in the way that the mail command is being executed.
have your program print the string that it is trying to execute and then run the same through the command window to make sure that the problem is reproducible (ie, if you send the through the command line it also does not send the body of the message). i am assuming that you are using the imail mail sending exe when i make my next statement: if there are spaces in any of the arguments, the value must be quoted. Ie, if the subject has more than one word in it the argument string looks like -S "This is my subject". Hope this helps! Should not be effected by AV. These emails are created by a script from a sql database. It might be the text field cutting the body out. I am checking on that. Do you think that might be it?
