Not if he is using your address as the return address. 

It would be no different than you writing a letter (with pen and paper),
putting it in an envelope, addressing it to whomever you want, then
write your next door neighbors address as the return address on the
envelope. If the snail mail could not be delivered to the intended
address, the letter would be returned to your next door neighbor - not
you.
