This document should help if you are unclear about the process:   http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19980116-JB11.htm   Peronally, I always backup the old server and then try to upgrade it to the version of the new server *before* moving anything. When it is clear the upgrade is successful, then I move it.
