[IMail Forum] HELP: KWM (Ron)

Hi,

I posted this message earlier in the week. We are using KWM 7.x and using Imail 7.13 w/ Hotfix2.
We have been getting reports that users have gone into the preferences to enable save a copy of sent messages in the sent folder. But the sent folders do not appear in the left frame.

After some investigation - I noticed that sometimes, when creating a new folder from the KWM, the file for the folder is not created under the user's directory.

What would cause this?
