Many people bitch,
me included, but few take time to comment on some of the positive
experiences.
In January, I called
about renewing my service agreement and also inquired about upgrading from 1,000
to unlimited users. Whether it was my misunderstanding or some misleading
language from the salesperson, I came away believing that by purchasing the
upgrade and paying a nominal fee to upgrade the support to the unlimited level
was re-newing my service agreement for another year. Well I got a letter
today saying they my service agreement was going to be up in March. I
called and was told that what I purchased only continued, not renewed, the
contract. I got a little hot and explained that I thought I was bamboozled
a little. A very nice rep - Traci - called me back almost immediately and
worked out a compromise with me that will make me look a little better in the
eyes of my CFO. Everyone I spoke with was nice, professional and
cooperative.
