When it locks up we can't send any mail. I move all the stuck mail 
to another folder and then start to copy the mail back to the 
spool and then go to Imail administrator, view the queue and force 
it out from there. We have added alot of users lately. I've been 
concerned that this may be the cause as to the extra load.

Some more information would be useful in figuring our what is 
happening:

When this happens, is any E-mail delivered?

How are you able to resend the E-mail?

Is there a much larger than normal volume of E-mail (which could 
indicate a 
mail loop, attack, or spammer)?

When this happens, does Task Manager show anything interesting 
(such as 
lots of smtp32.exe or declude.exe files, which would mean that 
IMail is 
probably running an maximum capacity)?
