Here's an update guys, for those that care..... I tried Sandy's advice,with the new domain, and any new e-mail I created seems to work. So I began to think it was Platypus, our billing software. Here's what I tried.
Took an e-mail from my account, deleted it's folder from Imail, and logged on the webmail. No change, couldn't create the sent, draft folders. darn. Ok, just for the heckuvit, I blew the account away in Plat, as well as the folder in Imail. and recreated the e-mail account again, same username, same password. Log onto webmail, and IT WORKS! Sent folder is created, drafts folder created, the trash created. Ok, so this time I took my account, deleted it from Plat, recreated it, left the folder in Imail, and IT WORKS! So I'm thinking Imail is fine, and my problem lies with Plat. Anyone here have experience in Imail <KWM> with Plat that can contact me off-list so I can try to figure more on this? We're running Plat 4.0 build 1009. Roughly 2K in addresses to verify stinks. Ideas?
