Hello, I have a client who uses IMail 7.04
Over the weekend he started to have problems connecting to the IMail administrator. When he tried to connect he got an error message stating “Failed to load host data”
I am not sure if he just isn’t putting in the correct username/pass or if there is a serious error. If anyone has any idea I would greatly appreciate some pointers on this error. Thanks in advance.
