One of my users received the following reply when trying to send email to another user on the same domain.
The IP address presented is not the IP of my mail server. They were dialed into the internet using AOL, but sending the mail using Outlook. Outlook was configured to use our mail server, not AOL's.
Ah, good old "Censored Internet Access" AOL.
They don't allow you to use SMTP except to their mailservers, and will intercept any E-mails that you try to send to non-AOL mailservers (and store copies of them).
If the user switches Outlook to use the AOL mailserver, then it should work.
