Easily...well,  depends  on  your  SQL  knowledge/interest. :) You can
certainly  loop  through  the user tables, reading the names from your
system tables, and alter each one to add the additional columns.

IMail doesn't do this kind of update automatically; frankly, though, I
wouldn't  really  want  an app to grind through my db without warning.
The  sheer  variance in the scope of such a function (some people have
one  table,  others  have  hundreds) makes it understandable that it's
best done by the DBA.
