ie I want to merge:
F~Foreclosed:NUL and F~Mastercard:NUL
into:
F~(Foreclosed|Mastercard):NUL
It probably be faster, based on my experience with FreeBSD regex.
scan every message 500 times for 500 rules, or scan 250 times for 250 rules?
