Currently Message Sniffer does not support native installation into IMail. The reason is that Declude provides a very sophisticated integration platform for virus and spam filtering that is perfectly tuned to IMail. While it would not be difficult to create a simple integration utility for Sniffer in IMail, reinventing the wheel in this case would be a significant step backward given what Declude is capable of. We've determined that once people installed Message Sniffer on it's own, they would soon find a need for the domain and user specific customization, virus scanner integration, and additional test integration features that are provided by Declude... In order to be responsive to our customers we would have to develop these features as well... It seems silly (and wasteful) for us to focus our efforts on a parallel development project like this. As a result we've concentrated our development on improving accuracy and service, supporting additional platforms, and creating new features.
