Thanks for suggestion for my incoming mail problem. You were right.
Their IP address was in our control access list. Here's my follow-up
question. I got that list from Rick on this forum. Why would he block
email from an accounting firm like KPMG? Their network is 199.207.555.0.

I would say there is about a 90% chance that the problem is that you have
their IP address blocked in the IMail SMTP Control Access file. If that is
the case, they would see the "Connection reset" message, and you would not
see "kpmg" in the IMail SMTP log file.
In any case, I would search the IMail SMTP log file for the IP address of
their mailserver, if you know its IP.
