Testing IMAIL 7.15 on my old exceedingly quirky and underpowered
   Compaq with one browser connection:

10 threads - web messaging has minor image problems
     20 threads - same
30 threads - very slow - but could still get mail
     40 threads - barely usable - I wouldn't
50 threads - forget it - but service is running
100 threads - service is running
    120 threads - service is running -

I never observed any issues with pop or smtp.
