HI THERE!!...EVERYTHING SOLVED!

As i see it, it might be one of the latest Microsoft's patch's that may
change the system account that runs for the mcfee.

I turned off the mcshield service and eeverithing went ok again (at least
till today).

I changed the user account that mcfees runs at, and everything is ok also.

This could be an out of control Realtime or Scheduled virus scan.
Norton Corporate or some other virus scanner could be deleting mailboxes
on you if you haven't told it to ignore the MBX files and/or the iMail
directory.

And you're worried about 100% CPU???

Do a very, very thorough audit of your disk subsystem and RAM, in
addition to the direction given by others.
