Actually, a Brzilian customer. Basically I have a customer from Brazil who can't receive a certain message on an Imail server v8. He can receive other mail fine. Also from what he says, if the sender removes letter "A" from the beginning of the message, the message makes it into his mailbox. I checked the SMTP log and all I can see was "checking the message with AntiSpam", then no more traces of that message. After I disabled statistical filtering, he was able to receive all mail including the "bad" message.
