That's "open proxy", not "open relay". That means that you are running something other than IMail on the server, that is acting as a web proxy. Open relays are not anonymous (they show the IP that connected to them), whereas open proxies are.

http://njabl.org/cgi-bin/lookup.cgi?query=216.79.146.193 shows that it was an open proxy as of April 28. I would urge you to investigate this, as spammers these days really like to send spam using open proxies, as they are anonymous (except for any log files).
