The anti-spam settings are rather fun to get straight (or turn 'off' even). If you are using a virtual (IPless) domain, make sure that the domain configured for the IP thathte virtual domain is pointing to for mail delivery is configured the way you want it. After amking changes, make sure you restart the imail services - including the queue manager.
Note: Also make sure that you don't have multiple IPs in the imail registry pointing to the official hostname. There should only be one or you will have problems.
