Do you have the user DB's setup to be accessed via IMAP? (newer templates of the Mail DB include this I think, but previous versions had to be updated to support POP/IMAP).
Doing so is very simple. Search Lotus docs. Either way, as Sandy said, IMAP-to-IMAP may be the easiest to move mail to Imail. If you're migrating a large number of users, and have to do it for them, try looking at solutions that would take a Notes DB and convert it to UNIX mailfile. UNIX mailfile to IMail is very easy (search KB): Lotus -> UNIX mailfile -> Imail .mbx Lotus -> Exchage, then Exchange -> Imail or Exchange -> UNIX mailfile -> Imail .mbx -ives ----- Original Message ----- From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, June 09, 2003 3:56 PM Subject: [IMail Forum] Migration from Lotus Notes to iMail > Does anyone know of any efficient methods for migrating Lotus Notes user > mail messages to iMail? > > Thanks. > > Thomas Appelt > > > To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html > List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ > Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ > To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
