I am being blocked by AOL. I am consistently getting the message in my log

these addresses are all AOL or MSN

Any one have any idea how to phone AOL ???

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

20030613 191039 127.0.0.1 SMTP (5316) MX connect fail "64.12.137.89"

That almost certainly isn't being blocked. An MX connect fail indicates that the TCP/IP session won't initiate. In this case, it could be a routing problem (especially if it is happening with both AOL and MSN).

If someone is blocking you, you should not see MX connect fail entries (instead, you should see a brief message explaining the problem, possibly in hard-to-read language). Technically, it's possible to see MX connect fails if someone is blocking you -- but if so, they are blocking you in a poor manner (one that will end up wasting bandwidth).
